Full Body workout using only dumbbells
This is a perfect workout to do at home since it is only using dumbbells. You will do all of the exercises without any real break between them so it is a fat burner and a muscle gainer at the same time.
The workout consists of 18 exercises that trains your entire body. After you have done them all the first lap is over and you take a break. Then you do them all again, in total you will do three laps and the workout will take about 28 minutes.
