4 Weeks of Hell Day 6

Cardio day! In the first super set you have 4 different cardio exercises. After you have finished one of the exercises you start the next one in the super set immediately with no rest between. Every third min you speed up for 60 sec. In the last exercises which is Rowing Machine you only have to speed up for 30 sec. You finish the workout with a super set for abs. Good luck!
