4 Weeks of Hell Day 3

Today is cardio day with an interval twist. Run 8 kilometers but but every fifth minute you speed up for 30 seconds before going back to normal speed. You finish the workout with a super set were you do as many push ups as you can before doing as many crunches as you can, no rest between the exercises. Rest for 30 sec and start again. Do this super set three times.
