
Italian style Bolognese
Bolognese should not be filled with lots of basil and canned tomatos. Here is a more Italian style recipe
Ingredients
Portions: 4
2 st Tomato
1 st Onion yellow
1 st Carrot
15 g Garlic
500 g Mince meat raw 50% beef 50% pork
15 g Cheese hard parmesan 30% fat
300 g Pasta wholegrain dried uncooked

2 dl Beef stock RTE
- Skin the tomatos using hot water after first marking them with an X.
- Peel and grate the carrot as neat as you can
- Chop the onions and the garlic
- Chop the skinned tomatos in small pieces
- Fry the mice meat in a frying pan with medium heat until it gets some color. Add salt and pepper and then remove it to a plate
- Fry all the vegetables and onions in the same frying pan as before until they get some color and soften a bit. Boil 2 dl of pretty strong meat broth/stock
- Add the broth and mice meat to the frying pan
- Add rosemary, thyme, oregano and some salt and pepper
- Let it just simmer for about 2 hours under a lid
- Add the parmesan and let it simmer for 30 min more
- Boil the pasta when you have 10 min to go on the sause
- Add the pasta without water to the sause and let them simmer together for a few minutes. The pasta will get a better taste then
- Serve on a plate and ad some parmesan if neded
