This is a tough interval cardio day. Do a soft warm up for 5-10 min and then it is full speed! You start by running as fast as you can for 2 minutes, rest 30 sec and then you go again. Do this 6 times. We then only run maximum speed for 1 min and rest 30 sec, 6 times. This is followed by a soft jog and a super set in the end.
