Running uphill is a great workout for speed, muscles and cardio. It is tough training for your body sp get menatlly ready before this workout. Find a slop that takes at least 2 minutes to complete. You should run as fast and as long as you can uphill for 2 minutes. If you cannot make it all the way just stop running and start walking, do not stand still. You only rest when you start walking downhill to the starting point again. First you should do full speed for 2 min x 5 laps and then we do down to 1 min x 5 laps. You finish with a soft jog.
