Full Body Extra Chest Video Workout using Dumbbells (Medium)

A full body video workout with extra focus on your chest using dumbbells that can be performed at home as well as in the gym.

In this video workout you will follow your online coach through a complete training session, from beginning to end. You will perform the exercises at the same time as your coach and will be receiving instructions via voiceover and as on-screen graphics.

If an exercise is too easy or too hard you can always adjust the execution by yourself, or exchange it for another exercise that better suits your fitness level.

Also be aware of your posture and technique during the movements. If you are tired the technique is even more important and if you feel that you can’t maintain correct technique you should lower your tempo or make the exercise easier. Think of whats best for your body in the long run!
