Legs for Runners Video Workout using Bodyweight and Chairs (Medium)

A leg video workout for runners using bodyweight that can be performed at home as well as in the gym. You will need a chair to be able to perform this workout in its entirety.

In this video workout you will follow your online coach through a complete training session, from beginning to end. You will perform the exercises at the same time as your coach and will be receiving instructions via voiceover and as on-screen graphics.
