This is a full body video workout with one part HIIT using bodyweight and one part yoga flow that can be performed at home or at the gym.
In this video workout you will follow your online coach through a complete training session, from beginning to end. You will perform the exercises at the same time as your coach and will be receiving instructions via voiceover and as on-screen graphics.
If an exercise is too easy or too hard you can always adjust the execution by yourself, or exchange it for another exercise that better suits . . .
