Cod is one of the best protein sources with low calories that you can find. Do not use an oven that is too hot, 125 degrees is enough. You can mix the cod with different flavours but here we are only using salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Put the oven on 125 degrees
- Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle some oil over the cod. Add salt and pepper
- When the oven is warm let the cod stay in for 12-14 min
- Serve with whatever suits your diet
