2 st Egg raw

1 tsk Butter 80% fat

100 g Cottage cheese plain 4% fat

50 g Blueberries

  • Peel and mash the banana i a bowl
  • Add two eggs and stir into a batter
  • Fry the batter in a frying pan until both sides get some color
  • Serve with berries and cottage cheese
