Why Should You do Upright Cable Row With V-grip?

The shoulder exercise trains the back shoulders and the shin muscle. Remember to be careful with this exercise. It is important for the risk of squeezing in the shoulders to increase if you pull your hands higher up than parallel to the shoulders.

Performance

Attach the V-handle to the lower bracket of the cable machine. Grab the handle with the supine grip and stand at a short distance from the machine. Slowly pull your hands up along your body until you reach your chin. Your elbows should point straight out in this position. Hold in the top position for a few seconds and slowly lower the weight to the floor.
