This is more of a workout for your entire body than a specific exercise. Circuit Training consists of several exercises that you perform in a row with little rest between them. It is a workout for your muscles but also for your cardio which is good for hearth and lungs. What exercises you perform and for how long can differ from time to time, the important thing is to get your hart pumping.
