Guide for Triceps Over Head Cable Extensions
- Do not use too much weight. Focus on having contact with ONLY the triceps. You do not want to engage the whole body
- Do not swing with the upper body, only the arms should move
- Keep your elbows fixed through the exercise, they should not go back and forth
- Do not flake out with your elbows, but hold them close to your head
- Pull slowly forward
- Load up on the eccentric and really control on the way down for every single rep.
- You can vary the cable mount by both performing it on the floor or just above your head
- You can perform the exercise standing or on your knees
