Guide to Leg Raises

  • Exercise for the lower abs
  • Lay down on your back with your arms next to your body, palms facing down
  • Keep your lower back pressed against the floor while lifting your legs, tilt your pelvis
  • Bend your knees a bit if the exercise is to heavy for you
  • Your feet should never touch the ground, it makes you lose contact with your abs
  • Perform the movement slowly and controlled, do not just drop your legs on the way back
  • You can tuck your palms underneath your butt to make the exercise easier
