Guide to Leg Raises
- Exercise for the lower abs
- Lay down on your back with your arms next to your body, palms facing down
- Keep your lower back pressed against the floor while lifting your legs, tilt your pelvis
- Bend your knees a bit if the exercise is to heavy for you
- Your feet should never touch the ground, it makes you lose contact with your abs
- Perform the movement slowly and controlled, do not just drop your legs on the way back
- You can tuck your palms underneath your butt to make the exercise easier
