Thank you very much for joining our fitness community here at MyGreatness. We are now present in more than 150 counties all over the world! In the app you will find tools to make your training more efficient, fun and challenging. We have also included a lot of social features to enable you to train with your old friends or to find new one here on our platform. MyGreatness is all about training so please keep the social posts about the subject.

Navigation in MyGreatness

The app is divided into five different parts:

Feed

This is the social part of the app. Here is where you find posts from your friends but also post things yourself. You can comment and like posts from other members. Please remember that the purpose of the app is to help each other and to make training more efficient, fun and challenging. Support each other and keep to the subject of training. We can have different views but we are one team here! There is a separate post in the feed to more info regarding the Feed.

Training

Exercises, Workouts and full Training Programs can all be found here. This section also includes the Challenges. The section is divided into six different parts and please read more about them in the separate post for Training found in the feed.

Quick

This is the magic quick button in the app. It is a short cut to the most used parts of the app

Nutrition

This part is still in Beta mode but you can use it to calculate what you eat and find out how much kcal, proteins, fats and cards your diet includes.

MyProfile

This section is all about you and your data. It is important that you enter Private settings, without them we cannot calculate burnt calories from exercises and you nutrition goals. Here is also where you change your password, language and also upgrade to premium which enables Challenges and VIP Challenges.
