This is a full body dumbbell follow along workout that you can also find in our app MyGreatness. In total you will do three laps and 18 exercises every lap. The entire workout will take about 28 min. You will lower the weights during the lap so it is great if you have more than one set of pairs. If you only have adjustable dumbbells just paus the video and adjust.
